Service Description

This class can be separated in 3 categories to adapt each student individually. Class would run as one individual class unless number of student increase, then the class would have to be divided into 2 separate classes (i.e. Intermediate 1 class, and Intermediate 2 & Advance class) Intermediate 1(new inverters) Intermediate 2(shoulder mount, comfortable inverters and aerial inverters) Advance (aerial inverters and aerial shoulder mount). Class plan: Warm up - Most crucial way to start any workout. Get you in the mood and ready for a good class. Minimum of 20min warm up, to increase blood flow that will include mobility exercises as well as some off the pole conditioning that will help towards building strength. These exercises are also perfect to do at home or at the gym. Equipment needed – yoga matt. Poling - approximately 35min which will include and subject to change on weekly basis - Spiny pole, Pole flow and Advance poling. 5-10min cool down of relaxing stretch Spiny pole – some love it, some despite it. However, no denying that everything looks so much better on spiny pole, due to ability to compliment and show all of the aspects of the move/trick. In this class expect linking minimum of 3 moves, creating combos.  Pole flow – similar to spiny pole, focusing on linking the moves, but pole would be set up on static mode. Class where you will be able to put some of your favourite move and freestyle. It is all about the flow and how to move from one move to another making it look smooth. Advanced pole – handsprings, flips and all the rest. 5-10min cool down of relaxing stretch.
